How it works

How to ride with TPA Shuttles

From choosing your route to stepping off at the other airport — here’s what to expect.

  1. Choose your route

Our shared shuttles run between Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Orlando (MCO), Sarasota–Bradenton (SRQ) or St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE), in both directions. See all routes.

  2. Book your seat

Book online in four steps — trip, travelers and bags, contact details, review — or call 813-523-7346. Tell us your flight number and landing time if you’re flying in. We confirm your departure time and fare with you before you pay.

  3. Get ready to travel

Check our passenger policies for luggage, children and pets. If you’re traveling with a young child, bring their car seat.

  4. Find the meeting point

After you land, collect your bags and follow the pickup guide for your airport. Not flying in? Arrive at the pickup point 10–15 minutes before departure. If your flight is delayed, call us as soon as you know.

  5. Ride to the other airport

Show the driver your confirmation when boarding. No eating or drinking on board; closed containers are fine. Before you get off, check you have all your belongings.

We confirm these details with you when you book.

Bags, children and pets

How much luggage can I bring?

One standard checked bag (up to 50 lb) and one personal item per adult passenger; additional bags may carry a fee. We confirm these details with you when you book. Tell us about strollers, sports equipment or other large items in advance.

Can children ride? Do you provide car seats?

Yes, children are welcome. Car seats are not provided. Young children must ride in an age-appropriate child seat supplied by the passenger.

Passengers must be at least 16 to ride without a guardian. We confirm these details with you when you book.

Can I bring a pet?

Service animals are welcome. Other pets must travel in a small airline-approved carrier (max 2 ft × 2 ft); one pet per vehicle, arranged in advance; a fee may apply. We confirm these details with you when you book.
